Eldridge Street Synagogue & Museum, East Rose Window, 2012

The East Rose Window at Eldridge Street on Manhattan’s Lower East Side was a complex collaborative project that involved the talents and contributions of numerous people and organizations. The Gil Studio was responsible for the fabrication of the multi-layered, acid etched, silver stained and gilded panels. They were assembled using the contemporary technique of silicone lamination.
